What is my sizing? / What are my measurements?
All of our shirts are made to order. Please refer to our Measurement Guide
How do I know that my shirt will fit?
Orders are tailored to your specific measurements using our Measurement Guide, and our tailors factor in an extra allowance for shrinkage to ensure that you have the perfect fit.
Do we offer women's shirts?
At the moment, we do not offer shirts that cater directly to women, but it’s in the works. We hope to soon make 2ND IMPRESSION available to women, so be sure to join our mailing list.
What fabric do we use?
The fabric we use for our base (white and black), pattern, and print designs is a two-ply 60 yarn count 100% cotton Japanese weave satin, which is a more exclusive choice and is suitable for year-round use. For those opting for a custom color for their base, we may have the fabric substituted depending on availability. Be assured that we will source the highest quality fabric that suits your color preference and will confirm this with you before proceeding with your order.
How do I care for my shirt?
We highly recommend that our shirts be dry cleaned. A care label tag on the inside does provide washing instructions should you not opt to have your shirt professionally cleaned.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations will only be accepted if done within 24 hours of submitting your order. Beyond that, you may contact us directly to inquire about canceling or amending your order. No guarantees can be made, especially if your order has already entered production. Orders usually enter production within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed.
Where do we ship?
We aim to ship worldwide. Please don’t hesitate to contact us about whether we can ship to your country. We work hard to ship our products to wherever anyone hopes to make a 2ND IMPRESSION.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered within 3–4 weeks of being placed. Rush options are available for an additional charge of 20 USD, for which you will receive your order within 10–14 business days. We always work to deliver items at the earliest convenience and will keep you informed about your order progress.
How do we ship?
Depending on your geographic location, we will send your order by either courier (DHL, UPS, or SF) or post. Tracking will be provided once your order has been prepared for delivery. Please note that we are not liable for import duties, customs, and VAT taxes that may apply to your order upon arrival in your country. All orders are shipped insured for peace of mind.
What is your Return Policy?
Since orders are made to personal specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions will only be made if there happens to be a defect found with the fabric (base and patterned) or make or if the fit is incorrect (based on the provided measurements). In the event that this does occur, please contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos. We will work immediately to rectify the situation. Order cancellations will only be accepted if done within 24 hours of submitting your order. Beyond that, you may contact us directly to inquire about canceling or amending your order, but no guarantees can be made, especially if your order has already entered production. Orders usually enter production within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed, following which a refund will no longer be possible. It is important that you confirm all of your details before submitting an order. We will always try to maintain customer satisfaction, within reason.
